This gym project in
Vietnam demonstrates the versatile aesthetic options of our
high-density rubber flooring. Instead of a standard single-color layout, the client chose to combine multiple colors—including black with yellow flecks, solid green—to create a custom-designed workout surface. We supplied all the materials in a consistent
10mm thickness to ensure that when the different colored rubber sections are joined together, the entire gym floor remains perfectly level and seamless, providing a safe and durable environment for all types of fitness activities.
In this installation, the focus was on achieving a clean, vibrant look using only rubber materials. The
black with yellow flecked rubber provides a classic professional gym feel, while the
solid red and green sections add a unique personalized touch to the space. For the Vietnam market, we prioritize using a high-stability
PU binder that prevents the rubber from expanding or contracting in high-humidity conditions. This ensures the seams between different colors stay tight and flush over time. The high-density composition of our rubber provides excellent shock absorption for heavy equipment and reduces noise, making it an ideal choice for both the private training room and the larger open gym area shown in the photos.
